I don’t approach work as transactions.
I approach it as partnership.

I collaborate with people who care about how things are made — not just what they look like when they’re finished. The work often includes creative direction, image-making, writing, speaking, or facilitation, but at its core, it’s about presence and attention.

Some projects are structured and visible: talks, films, photography, campaigns.
Others are quieter: consulting sessions, creative direction, or helping shape something still becoming.

I work best when there is:

If you’re looking for fast output or heavy performance, I may not be the right fit.

How collaboration usually begins

You reach out with what you’re holding — an idea, an invitation, or something still unnamed.

I read every inquiry with care. If it feels aligned, I’ll follow up with next steps or a proposal shaped to your needs. If it belongs elsewhere, I’ll say that clearly and kindly.

A note on scope

shegoesbyjo is for personal creative work, direction, speaking, and intimate collaborations.

Larger brand systems, retained strategy, or scalable studio work live under GDC. If your project belongs there, I’ll guide you in that direction.
